MY BUSINESS WAS BORN FROM A LIFE-ALTERING EXPERIENCE I HAD IN 2015. FACING YOUR MORTALITY AND HAVING TO FIGHT FOR YOUR LIFE STEERS YOU IN A VERY DIFFERENT DIRECTION. BREAST CANCER DOES NOT DEFINE WHO I AM ANYMORE, AND I LIVE MY LIFE IN AWE OF ITS BEAUTY AND GRATITUDE.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME.
I help women to re-discovery, re-shape and re-define who they are so they can live a more authentic life. Additionally, I empower parents to build a foundation of trust, empathy, and understanding with their teens in turn building a strong connection and open communication while confidently navigating the teen years. Coaching teens involves talking about emotions, boundaries, tough conversations, healthy decisions making, and self-love/confidence.
My passion is emotions, my purpose is to help women and teens and my superpower is being a human that has had a plethora of experiences and so can really tap into my knowledge to coach with a gentle guiding hand.
I am a neuroscience and emotional intelligence coach using the power of the mind and emotions to help women and teens have impactful and powerful breakthroughs. I use emotional intelligence assessments and tools as well as the Enneagram assessment to help my clients to have a deeper dive into themselves creating more space for self-awareness and ultimately change.
Coaching for me is about being the co-creator of dreams, your decision partner, and journey walker. I don’t have a magic wand however I do have the tools and skills to guide you through the breakthrough journey, to show up authentically, intentionally, and with purpose.
Peek into personal me. I am a bit nutty about yoga, love to pound some tar with my music blaring. This is usually a good place to clear my mind and shift heavy emotions. I enjoy days spent on the beach in the sunshine and enjoying the gift of the ocean with my family.
I am a mom of 2 teen girls and have been married to my hubby for 16 years. I have a passion for learning and so I call myself a lifelong learner.
I chose life coaching as I have always had a passion for helping people and never had the opportunity to complete my Psych honours. Perhaps one day I will.
